The Department of Engineering Physics is seeking graduate students at all levels (M.A.Sc., M.Eng., Ph.D.) for research in Nuclear Engineering and Energy Systems, Photovoltaics, Nanotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Photonics, and other related fields. The department has state-of-the-art materials growth, device fabrication, and characterization facilities for research in nano- and micro-devices, photonics, and biomedical engineering.
